Bhd. and its designated agents and / or representatives to carry out comprehensive reviews of my background through user reports and / or background check reports for employment, promotion, re-employment and retention. I understand that the scope of the report / background check is not limited to the following areas: previous job names and dates, work experience, workers' compensation / claims, criminal history records (state, federal, international, law enforcement agencies other local and regulatory bodies), warrants, motor vehicle records, education certificates, credit history verification licenses, civil cases, any list of restrictions and drug tests.
