Personal Data Protection & Privacy

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and its regulations (hereinafter referred to as “PDPA”) requires all companies and firms that are established in Malaysia to inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data that is being processed or to be collected and further processed by us and the purposes for the data processing.

In compliance with PDPA, this shall serve as a notice to you, our mobile or web users, to inform you of your rights regarding your personal data that has been and/or will be, received and processed by us.

The personal data provided by you and collected by us may be used and processed by us for the following purposes:-

(a) to provide cleaning services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) to you;
(ii) to prepare necessary documentation for the Services;
(iii) to make necessary arrangement the Services;
(iv) to liaise with our business partner(s), associated company(ies), joint venture partners including of all of its shareholder(s), its director(s), its employee(s), its supplier(s), its contractor(s) and/ or its permitted person(s) for the purpose of the Services;
(v) to attend to all related matters arising from the above;
(vi) to process your payment transactions;
(vii) to communicate with you;
(viii) to respond to your inquiries; and
(ix) any other purposes in related to the Services.

(hereinafter referred to collectively as “Purposes”)

By providing us with your personal data, you shall be deemed to have given us your consent for us to use your personal data for the Purposes and in the following manners:-

(a) to implement and monitor any your bookings which you make for the Services;
(b) to share your personal data our business partner(s), associated company(ies), joint venture partners including of all of its shareholder(s), its director(s), its employee(s), its supplier(s), its contractor(s) and/ or its permitted person(s);
(c) to ensure that the Services is rendered to you in the most effective manner;
(d) to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you;
(e) to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts between you and us;
(f) to notify you about changes to the Services;
(g) to improve or modify the Services; and
(h) for marketing purposes

In addition to the personal data that you provide to us directly, we may also collect your personal data from a variety of sources such as:-

(a) when you fill up online application or registration forms or other similar forms;
(b) from publicly available sources such as directories
(c) from our social media pages, if you follow, like or are a fan of such pages;
(d) from credit reporting agencies;
(e) when you interact and communicate with us at any events or activities;
(f) from our various entities or divisions; or
(g) when you use our mobile page or websites, which includes all websites operated by us.

Your personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary to fulfil the Purposes. All your personal data will be destroyed or permanently deleted if it is no longer required for the Purposes for which it was to be processed.

Personal data means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, identification card number, birth certificate number, passport number, nationality, address, telephone number, fax number, bank details, credit card details, race, gender, date of birth, marital status, resident status, education background, financial background, personal interests, email address, your occupation, the industry in which you work in, any information about you which you have provided to us in registration forms, online application forms or any other similar forms and/or any information about you that has been or may be collected, stored, used and processed by us from time to time and includes sensitive personal data such as data relating to health, religious or other similar beliefs.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide us your personal data, we will not be able to process your personal data for the Purposes and to render to you the Services in the most effective manner.

Generally, your personal data will be kept confidential and will not be knowingly disclosed to any third party. However, you hereby consent and authorize us to disclose your personal data to the following categories of third parties which our company deem necessary:-

(a) our business partners including online business affiliates, retailers;

(b) our auditors, business consultants, accountants, lawyers or other;

(c) our sub-contractors or third-party service or product providers as we deem necessary;

(d) any person to whom we are compelled to or required under law or in distributors, agents, merchant that provide, supply, distribute or deal in general with the Services or products in connection with our business and in relation to our programs; and

(e) professional advisors and/or consultants as we deem necessary and appropriate including third party marketing companies or entities; response to a local or state or federal authority, industry regulator, enforcement agency, statutory authority, court of laws, tribunal, arbitration centre, commission or council or association legally authorized by law.

It is obligatory for you to supply your personal data to us in the most accurate manner, failing which, we are unable to process your personal data for the Purposes and to render to you the Services in the most effective manner.

You may at any time hereafter make inquiries, complaints and request for access to, or correction of, your personal data or limit the processing of your personal data by submitting your written request to us by way of emails.
